Destiny 2 Expansions Coming to Xbox Game Pass Starting Next September 22



We knew that Destiny 2 expansions were coming to Game Pass in September , but Bungie has already revealed the final date. Starting next September 22, these expansions will be available on the Xbox subscription service, for now on Xbox One and later on PC.


Destiny 2 is free , so the chicha is that through the Game Pass you can get at no additional cost all the expansions of the game that are currently still paid (the free version of Destiny 2 already includes the previous expansions).


All means that from September 22 both The Forsaken and Shadowkeep will be available , and that when Beyond the Light arrives on November 10 , it will also enter the Game Pass so that subscribers can obtain it at no additional cost.

This is quite fat, since the expansions usually add many hours of game, history and content of all kinds. Being able to access all this content without having to buy the expansions is crazy .




For the avoidance of doubt, what reaches the Game Pass are only the expansions, not the paid content of each of the seasons of the game . That goes to part and is not related to the expansions.


Later this year, Destiny 2 will be available on Xbox Series with an optimized version. In the case of the Xbox Series X it was confirmed that it will be able to offer a gaming experience at 4K and 60fps .

And one last most interesting note: Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members will have the possibility to play Destiny 2 on Android mobile devices thanks to xCloud , access to which will be included in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at no additional cost this month.
