A featherweight among giants
The main claim of this mobile is that they have resorted to carbon fiber for the body of the mobile. The reasons: above all the lightness, but also the differentiation and that, according to them, it is resistant to falls and shocks.
Of course, in a World of mobiles that touch or exceed 200 grams, seeing that one weights 125 grams arrives can be a relief, although in this case a 6.01-inch screen fits, which would now be almost "small ". It should be noted that in the presentation they have explained that carbon fiber per se would represent a problem when it comes to wireless connectivity, but that they have managed to solve this so that there is no problem.
Speaking of that 6.01-inch screen, it is an AMOLED panel with 2,160 x 1,080 pixels resolution, with an 18: 9 aspect ratio . Although it is about this technology, the fingerprint reader is on the side.
A 6.5 millimeter thick midrange
The Carbon 1 is a rather modest mobile in specifications speaking of performance, battery and camera. They seem to have prevailed the claim of the fiber, being also the first bet of a recent brand whose values are quite different from those of the majority, seeking to bring together European components as much as possible.
The battery is 3,000 mAh , which according to the brand gives for a full day with a single charge. We miss fast charging in this sense, although we will have to see how long it takes to charge and if that autonomy is what it gives if we have the opportunity to try it.
Speaking of cameras, the manufacturer has opted for a 20-megapixel 1 / 3.4-inch S5K3T2 sensor for the rear camera (0.8μm pixels), being a standard lens with electronic stabilization. The front camera carries a 1 / 3.1-inch SK5K3P9 16-megapixel sensor with an f / 2.01 aperture lens.

The first Carbon 1 mobile is now available on its website for 799 euros . There is a single version with 8GB and 256GB of storage and also a single color.
