Part of the reduced price comes from the equipment of the new model. If the predecessor still had 512 GB of internal storage, you have to be content with 256 GB for the Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G. The memory should also still not be expandable.

Galaxy Z Fold 2: Samsung announced prices and delivery date in Great Britain

Samsung demanded 1,799 British pounds from pre-orderers, which is also around 2,000 euros. The delivery date was given as September 17, 2020. 

The offer in Great Britain also included four free months of YouTube Premium and access to Samsung's “Galaxy Z Concierge”. This service includes, among other things, an exchange of the display within the first 12 months at reduced costs.
